Frank Twum-Barimah,
Frank Twum-Barimah, an experienced leader in humanitarian operations and programming, Frank has worked with various humanitarian responses in different country offices and response to increase national office capacity and building response systems that serve communities. He is a motivated leader and actively engages with colleagues and partners to effectively implement response strategies that strengthens community resilience and capacity. Frank first joined World Vision in 2013 as Area Development Programs Manager. He has served in different roles since then. These include Cluster Manager, Regional operations Manager, HEA and Security Manager, HEA Advisor for West Africa regional office and recently the Emergency Response Manager in Niger. He brings to bear his experiences from his deployments in Uganda, Sierra Leone, Niger and Chad.
Frank attended Maryville College where he received a degree in Business and Organization Management and earned his master’s in Public Administration from University of Tennessee all in the US of A. He worked at Armstrong Atlantic State University with the Division of Students Affairs as Residence Life Coordinator focusing on Programming and Judicial services. Frank also has a Post graduate certificate in Humanitarian Leadership Program from the Center for Humanitarian Leadership – Deakin University, Australia.
Currently, he is the Operations Director for World Vision International’s operations in Ukraine, where they are responding to crises affected people in Ukraine.
